Emergency Contacts

Please ensure that the Association Office has valid emergency contact information on file for you. Accurate information is the only way to ensure that the proper person/people are contacted in the event an emergency occurs.

Keys

Make sure you have a working unit key on file at the Association Office. We use this only in case of emergencies and the current Fairwinds policy requires that a working key be on file for every unit. If we need to access your unit because of an emergency and there is no working key on file, the Association has no responsibility or liability for any damages that may occur.  Keys at the office remain property of the association and will not be loaned out to any homeowner for any purpose.  We recommend that you give a copy of your key to a trusted neighbor, friend, or relative. If you are locked out, Fairwinds does not provide key service.
