Maintenance Engineer: Responsible for the general oversight of condominium structures and infrastructure, grounds and overall appearance of all condominium property. This position requires that you must be living no further than 10 minutes from Annapolis and be on call 24/7.
A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in the upkeep of multiple building condominium/apartment complexes and a High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must speak fluent English, have a valid Maryland driver’s license and have the ability to read and understand blueprints. Additional relevant education, training, and certification are desirable.
